Getting Started
Important Safety Information
Carefully read the Product Manual / Quick Start Guide and all safety labels included with the mat, including all Safety Information. Retain the manual for future reference.

First Steps
The mat may be slightly wavy when first received. It will flatten naturally after a few hours of use.
Connecting the USB-C Cable
Connect the USB-C power adapter. The status light will pulse while starting up.
When the light stays on the mat is ready to use.
- Pulsing: starting up
- Solid: ready to use
- Rapid flashing: Fault detected, or not enough power supplied by the adapter or cable.
Using the Mat
Turning on
Press and hold the button to turn heat ON.
Adjusting the heat level
Press the button again to adjust the heat level. The button cycles through the 4 heat levels.
Turning off
Press and hold the button to turn heat OFF.
The heat will turn off automatically after 2 hours, press and hold the button to resume heating.
Auto-off
For safety and to conserve energy, the heat turns off automatically after 2 hours. You can resume heating by pressing and and holding the button.
Product Care
Disconnect power before cleaning.
Clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not machine wash, dryclean or immerse in water.
Do not fold, crease, puncture or sharply bend the mat.
Do not iron.
Keep out of direct sun.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods of time.
Troubleshooting
The status light flashes rapidly
If the status light is flashing rapidly, this indicates a fault has been detected, or the mat is not getting enough power from the power adapter.
Disconnect the power from the mat.
Check the Power Adapter: use a Jaffle branded power adapter, or check the power adapter is capable of providing at least 85 watts of power.
